If you contact us directly (through email or Discord), we may receive additional information about you such as your (user)name, social media handles, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register to use our software through our platform provider (Gumroad), we collect your contact information for correspondence and support, including items such as name and email address.

When installing our software, we collect either your Unity ID email or Gumroad license key to activate your software license through the Gumroad API to authenticate your installation.

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Log Files

Polytool follows a less-is-more approach around using log files.
These files log basic information about a user's usage and license when they use our software as part of our analytics and fraud prevention efforts.
The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, license information, date and time stamps, and API endpoint usage.
